Rendered in 2020 Design, this is a top view of a redone bathroom at Foundry located in Barrie. There were previous design issues such as the lack of storage (linen storage and medicine cabinet added) and cramped space. The door was changed into a pocket door to accommodate this issue and the bath was converted into a shower.

This condo floor plan was inserted into sketchup and the floor plan was built up. I built the cabinets, bench, bookshelf, bed and nightstand. The remainder of the furniture was imported from the 3D Warehouse.
This is a design concept I came up with for Urban Barns design a room challenge. I went with a neutral colour pallet incorporating blues creating a soft colour pallet.
