Auguste Rodin and Madame Hanako / Visual Campaign

The Georg Kolbe Museum is located at the former studio of the sculptor Georg Kolbe in Berlin Westend. At the exhibition "Auguste Rodin and Madame Hanako”, the unusual encounter of the famous sculptor and his most often portrayed model, the petite dancer Madame Hanako, was presented for the first time through fifty original sculptures and drawings from the Musée Rodin – Paris.

For the needs of the exhibition’s visual campaign, a word mark intercepted within a pair of key-visuals was developed (the latter differentiated from each other by a subtle distinction), allowing Rodin and Hanako to meet with playfully in diverse applications.
