As a Marketing & Communication Intern for Compass Family Services in the summer of 2018, my role was to create informative and engaging content for their social media to spread awareness - not only for their brand, but for the cause itself. In the middle of the homelessness crisis in San Francisco, family homelessness gets left behind in public discourse. In reality, solving the problem of family homelessness is the only lasting solution to prevent future generations of falling into poverty themselves.
