The following are the character design drawings made for a story which I called "Death and all his friends".
Jose Arcadio Buendia
His character is based on the character with the same name in the book "One hundred years of solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
Tajomaru
This character is based on the character in the movie "Rashomon" directed by Akira Kurosawa.
Kato
He is based on a zookeeper named Ghanshyam whom I had studied at the city zoo over the course of a week.

Once the characters have been designed, models are made to get a clear picture of the volume of the characters.
Here are the models I had made. Those of Jose and Tajomaru are sculpted with a quick drying clay. That of Kato is modelled in 3ds max.
