People at Recare build software to facilitate hospitals transfers: about 30% of patients need a solution to be organised after a hospital stay. That could mean receiving care at home, moving to a care home or recovering at a rehabilitation clinic for instance.

Since we launched the product in January 2017 it’s been going super well! We are currently connecting 20+ hospitals to 2000 care providers across Germany and have entered the growth phase.

We believe that with the right people, one can do much more with less – we’re a small team but we deliver a lot. That’s why we are looking for someone entrepreneurial that would share those values with us, someone that aims at being autonomous and bring a lot to our team.

• Worked closely with the Product Manager to understand clients’ needs and all the different users cases.

• Taked ownership of the design: design new features and improvements for our 3 web apps (one for hospitals, one for healthcare providers, one internal) using Sketch, Abstract, Figma, and Zeplin and Material Design guidlines

• Created prototypes using Invision

• Punctually produced printed and online supports for conferences or articles in magazines

The report is designed with libraries (html css jss) found to easily code each month. This allows you to summarize the use of the application to users, and push them to improve their goals. Figures are based on previous month's results, and averages of other clinics.
