Concept 
The inspiration for this brand has come from the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Her use of bright  and bold colours has given joy to many people, as well as her use of flowers and Mexican symbolism in her art. just like Frida, we want to bring joy to the people using these products.  Frida in Scandinavian countries means beautiful and beloved , which correlates with the over all feel of the brand. Frida is also the short form of compound names in eastern Europe meaning “Peace”. The purpose of these tassel wall hangings is to bring a sense of fun into a dining room, living room, hall way or bedroom. 
The Brands identity
The brand mark is a silhouette of Frida Kahlo wearing tassel earrings. The tassels are representative of the brands main products. 

The colour palette is a combination of bright, vibrant and playful colours with a feminine touch. The colour blue is viewed as trustworthy and compliments the warmer colours well. The bright colours have been used to catch attention and appeal to consumers.

The fonts used throughout the marketing campaign and building the brands identity  will be Papaya sunrise and Avenir light. Papaya sunrise has been used and modified in the logo as it has a playful and fun feel to it, making it appealing to consumers. Avenir light will be used in accordance with the brand throughout marketing campaigns. 
Marketing Campaign
Frida Frills has paired up with One Girl to raise funding and awareness to educate girls in Africa. Education for these girls can mean prevention of early pregnancy, arranged or forced marriage and less poverty.  
Pop-Up Store Promotional Campaign
This pop up store will be located in CBD located shopping centres in the main cities; Brisbane,Sydney and Melbourne around 'back to school' times of the year. Tassel upholstery's will be hung up around pop-up store to show of Frida Frills products in correlation with raising awareness for the One Girl organisation. An Ipad will be located at the front of the store displaying the campaign video.

The Hashtag Campaign
With each product an information card and tassel bracelet will be included. Wearing the tassel bracelet and posting pictures to social media with the hashtag #DOITWITHFRILLS promotes both the brand and the organisation
