This book was created with the purpose of telling people more about the life and works of Lou Dorfsman. I researched and wrote the text for it and integrated pictures of Dorfsman and his work throughout. It is designed with Dorfsman’s style in mind. In fact the front cover is modeled after his gastrotypographicalassemblage and all text is in the typeface Didot, just as he would have done. He was known for using mainly clean and simple black and white layouts and except occasionally the color red, so I incorporated that as well.
