This project was a hand drawn type assignment for the Print and Publication Design course at Arkansas State University. I was tasked with researching hand drawn type and creating my own. We created several sketches, then refined, re-refined, and re-re-refined before scanning in our inked type and touching it up. Finally we were to put in given body text next to our drawn type in a style which would not clash with what we had created, and assembles these assets into a saddle-stitched booklet.
