Main Title Pitch / Role: Designer
My pitch for the main title sequence to the WGN America show Underground. The series is set in pre-Civil War Georgia and follows a group of plantation slaves attempting to escape their captors and find freedom. Inspired by woodcuts from the era, I designed a stark, graphic sequence that would transport the viewer to the 1850s, showing the horrors the characters had already endured and challenges in the journey ahead.
