A hike across the Alps, between Munich and Venice starts on a day, and it is done one day at a time; until eventually, one day, you set foot in St. Marc‘s Square.
You leave behind mountains, passes, cabins, and in some cases your old yourself.
You meet people along the route, you end up tagging along and meeting their eye whilst containing your emotion in the shores of Venice.
You may too meet your new yourself along the way.
