Corporate Identity – The Loeries Rebrand

THE BRIEF
In this second year brief I have been tasked with creating the new branding for Loeries, which will be revealed through a maximum 30 sec logo reveal. I have also included a corporate standards manual so that the brand can easily be transferred without miscommunication. We were also tasked with providing three stationery items (business cards, letterhead and email signature), social media adverts and an Identity Tag for Conferences. All items needed to work as a complete set.
The new Loerie bird is geometric and resonates with modern design, new beginnings, fresh starts and a clean feel. Inspiration was taken from the practice of origami as well as material design, making use of elements such as shadow effects and shading.
The re-branded logo has it’s very own updated personality., using neutral shades, it gives the sense of serenity. It is calm, creative and warm.

The following images are advertisement examples to be used for marketing 
purposes on the Loeries various social media platforms. The examples to follow are instagram adverts. They make use of white space and spot colours using the corporate colour palette

FINAL LOGO REVEAL
The logo reveal was inspired by the Origami paper folding technique. The reveal will start off with just a single geometric piece of the bird, and then unfold until the entire logo is revealed.
