No existe duda alguna que la iniciación a la docencia universitaria es un período complejo para quienes optan por comenzar a realizar dicha labor en el ámbito educativo, donde

muchos no tienen dedicación exclusiva a esta tarea, porque antes de ser profesores se identifican con su profesión. El estudio que tuvo por objetivo comprender y dimensionar la experiencia de entrada al contexto universitario de profesores noveles, a través del análisis de las percepciones que poseen tanto novatos como expertos, respecto a su etapa inicial y trayectoria, dió como resultado el diseño de un cuaderno de trabajo que fomenta y facilita el cuestionamiento personal sobre la práctica y el rol que se tiene en la docencia a través de una serie de actividades retrospectivas.

There is no doubt that the initiation to university teaching is a complex period for those who choose to start doing this work in the educational field, where many have not exclusive dedication to this task, because before becoming professors, they identify with their own profession. The study that aimed to understand and assess the experience of entry into the university context of inexperienced teachers, through the analysis of the perceptions that have both novices and experts, with respect to its initial stage and career, resulted in the design of a notebook of work that encourages and facilitates the personal questioning about the practice and the role that one has in teaching through a series of retrospective activities.
