I was driving downtown in Tallahassee when I saw this man standing on the capital lawn and thought it peculiar. He's claiming that there were willing black confederate soldiers and he's trying to set the history straight on that. Behind the confederate flag he's holding in some of the photos you can see the flag of the United States of America to honor Vietnam veterans on a display.
