This Design was inspired by the beauty of Indochina combined with their astounding French architecture, the simple beauty of Indochinese women at that time as well as the cultural crossroad of Vietnam, France and China.
The Restaurant “La Maison 1888” captures the essence of haute French dining through its truly special French design recreating an antique French mansion with several dining areas having their own intimate niche reflecting a period room. La Maison 1888’s setting tells the story of a colonial French-Eurasian family through architecture and interior design while its private dining rooms reveal the characters of a fictional clan.
