Pelusea where two worlds meet
The New Mediteranean Business &Yacht HUB.
Pelusea was the name of an old port 30 kilo east portsaid, the word peluse refers to the clay which is a mix of water and soil, Pelu-sea is a two words name aims to reflect that the site is where
two worlds meet, two worlds of business and lesiure, wtater and land, west and east. where different cultures gather and combine.

The Brand
It’s the new vision of busiess ports which brands for portsaid to become one of the international Business Hub, The project *Businesstainment value is adding a new layer of yachting sport in the egyptian mediterranean coast, improving the general atmosphere and build a new trust between portsaid and the international market.
Form Generation Diagrams
the form aims to achieve the silhouette of a giant sail of a yacht to mimic its movement in the wind and create a new deme in the architecture of port said.
