On Saturday's I do a small activity in my instagram, "Tell me what to draw" when I take request for quick 10 min sketches. This week was different, I wanted to develop one of the sketches further, so we voted for the top 3 and I picked one from those.

I decided to paint it as a study from this Norman Rockwell paint, stealing like an artists, learning from the masters:
