This Italian Beef Tagliata with Parmesan Cheese & Balsamic Glaze is a succulent juicy 12 hours marinated beef steak grilled to perfection over a bed of peppery wild rocket, fresh lamb lettuce and salty creamy Parmesan cheese shavings, drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil to round up all the flavours. 
When we talk of 15 minutes meals this is definitely one to have on the list, ready in 10 minutes and this is just the time the steak needs to rest!
This is one of those dishes that not only looks impressive, but is so quick and easy to make that is perfect as a mid-week meal, a dinner party main or as a quick weekend dinner. 
In this occasion I served it with sauté lemon and herb potatoes, but I’ve served it before with wild rice or simply some crusty artisan bread.
