Freeshka Coffee Co. is a small specialty coffee shop located in Novi Sad, Serbia. Word freeshka on Serbian means fresh but it is spelled on English for the uniqueness of the brand. Client gave me directions to create a simple looking design with a touch of vintage and to use a star in the logo concept.
Name was very inspiring for me to work with. Part of the word "free" evoked an idea to use a flag in the design. To raise up the flag is a way to express the freedom. First letter of the brand name was perfect for the flag illustration and a shape of a coffee bean came later as a solution to tie up the star with the flag.
