The design utilizes the flat, open environment and invites it into the home. The many windows on the first & second floor have tilt in sash to allow the fresh, salty air for the river to flow through the home. The sunroom is screened to allow for the natural flow of air with out the insects.

The garage is an open air environment. The lattice work on the street side conceals while the lattice on the river side is open to allow the view of the marsh and river.
