OVERPRINTING TECHNIQUE
Overprinting is the process of having two different
shapes of colour stack on top of each other, and then
‘mixed’ together. The colour mix, due to overprinting,
results in deeper, darker colours, or different and new
colours. This process also gets used to create richer and
darker blacks on paper.
