Nova. Handmade dessert, inspired on the 80's decade.
It's composed of a gelatin base of liquor 43 that contains white chocolate painted eggs inside. The dessert is presented in three different ways that want to reflect the predominance of the changing geometric shapes of the eighties. We seek to create a totally artificial appearance, combined with the distinctive and bright colors of the 80's era.
