ROOM 룸
interactive motion graphic

Room is a narrative interactive graphic inspired by the repetitive lifestyle of modern college students. The user can control the elements of the screen by tweaking through the physical buttons. Each changed elements of the screen will trigger certain situations (i.e. cooking meals, starting a fire, etc). It is a non-ending interactive motion graphic. Every elements are loop-able in short and also long terms. It was displayed in Pulse+ Art and Technology festival.

The switches and buttons on the controller box allows the user to tweak elements in the room. The user can turn on/off the fan and the lights, open/close the window, turn the stove low/high, order deliveries from Amazon, and also change the weather. The different combination of these buttons will trigger situations such as fleeing the lizard, seeing the delivery man, filling your room with boxes, and starting a fire. There are more detail explanations in the video below.
