Content on Social Media is infinite. We endlessly scroll through mounds of images, posts, pages, events; liking and commenting as we please. But is there a price to pay for all of this ‘free’ content? Deface-book is a printed publication of the Author's downloaded Facebook data. To download your data, you simply go onto your account settings and there is a link to download a copy. It aims to highlight the quantity of data that online organisations record of us every second - some to which the Author was unaware of its record. We are material beings, by seeing this intangible data in the printed form - it can open our eyes to what we are ultimately giving away for the freedom of online browsing - Privacy.
