"RedRug" Ketubah
This hand calligraphed ketubah is an artwork inspired by Sarouk Persian carpets.
There is a Hebrew expression, “hiddur mitzvah”, which guides the creation of the artifacts used at Jewish ceremonies and events. According to this, one has to strive for beauty, for aesthetic presentation, thereby contributing to the glory of the ceremony.
With many wishes for joy and happiness, I hope my ketubot will adorn many homes as beautiful reminders of a long life together.
