Novel Title Sequence
The novel Dark matter uses concepts such as quantum physics, probabilities, game theories, and the infinite alternate universe. I wanted express these ideas through the typography and analogy objects to express these complex concepts. I was inspired by the original book cover of the Dark Matter and the scientific photograph by Bernice Abbott. Chess pieces are used as a metaphor for of the characters and the challenges they face and the paper texture was used to express the quantum physics through 2d.
