Based on the poem “I Met My Solitude” by Naomi Replansky
Abstract • Elegant • Dramatic
An experimental short film based on a poem to capture its feeling and content in filmic and graphical ways. In order to capture the feeling of this poem, different objects are filmed in extreme close-ups under the influence of light. The footage is abstract but elegant. Kinetic typography is applied to emphasize certain phases of the poem. Also, dramatic music has been chosen to give a haunting touch to the whole video.
