Melo is a mental health peer-to-peer network for teens battling depression and anxiety. Teens that need emotional support. Melo utilizes positive reframing to bring well-being to all users. We know that positive reframing can be a powerful tool to build resiliency but doing it alone is challenging.
With the help of note taking, emotion data-tracking and tools to practice interactive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), teens can better understand their own core beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors. By learning about their negative thinking patterns they can take charge of caring for their mind.
Melo is a space where community members can learn to reframe and provide insight to each other’s notes. Melo democratizes access to emotional well-being by empowering anyone who can help to help.
