The Innovation Booster is the result of a four month research and design project as my final masters thesis at SCAD. I focused on how design methods might be used within medium-sized nonprofits to improve innovation capability. The final design prototype is a three pronged approach to boost innovation capability. The booster covers organizational intention and strategy, culture boosting, and innovation practices. This package meets organizations where they are and provides direction and guidance grow.
