Tagr

- Project made in 2015
I worked as a UX designer during my summer internship at Tagr, my main job was gather information through interview and research and create UX deliverables. I was mentored by Chris Cirak during the process of the project. Since was a start up the method was pretty free and I could do my work by myself and then show to my coworkers and mentor to receive feedback and improve the work. I mainly did UX research and deliverables.

One of the first was creating new personas and improving the personas we already had. We would always go on interviews with people who could become our users and in each interview we would get new insights and feedbacks that would make necessary change some information in our personas.
After the personas, I also did user critical tasks. This document is basically the main things each persona would like to accomplish using the app.
I did some other documents too, as experience trees. This document connects the critical tasks with devices the user would use and places where this devices could be used. And also shows, accordingly to the places and devices, what kind of features and products could attend the users critical task.
The last document I did as a UX designer in my internship was user scenarios. In this document you specify some of the user critical tasks and go through this user day and explain in witch point of the day the app you are creating could be used to help the user.
During the process of the internship we would analyze de prototype and features, as well as the UI of the app to make sure the final project would attend our users need. So the final appearance of the project was the one shown right below. If you wanna know more about the app and how it works you can access their website: http://www.tagr.in/.
