Music magazines do not have to be tabloids; they can speak to the creativity of the reader and influence them to be free and creative while trusting in themselves. Pixel Music magazine takes the best part of music magazines and strips it down to the bare essentials allowing it to breathe and have a timeless, elegant design. 

Attempting to find a voice in a crowded market was difficult, with the first iterations being all to similar to the competition.  However, through brainstorming the client and their message of elegance, and researching other magazines in very different subject matter, a creative solution was found.  The solution of standing out by being the quietest voice in a loud room, because when everyone is grabbing for attention, no one is getting the attention.
