CITI partnering with FYLING BLUE wanted to create awareness to their card members that they can transfer points to FLYING BLUE partners and fly anywhere internationally. An email and direct mail piece was created to work hand in hand cohesively. Using GIFs in the email and creating an interactive direct mail, engaged members as it taught them how to transfer their THANKYOU POINTS to FLYING BLUE MILES.
