Dinosaur Extinction is a set of playing cards that introduces kids and teenagers to a time where the Earth was ruled by prehistoric creatures while enjoying themselves.
The goal of this project is to make a playing card set for kids and teenagers that breaks the high end stereotype and the monotony of poker games carried by casinos, movies, and the advertising industry. More over, the users can gain extra knowledge on how dinosaurs lived until they became extinct.
The graphic elements chosen for each card are related to the progressive order of the card. For example the illustration on Joker is the Meteorite that kills all dinosaurs, while T-Rex, the most powerful dinosaur, is the one that stands for Kings.
