Description
I designed these postcards to connect with customers. Placing each customer’s name on the front and a specific discount on the back helps create an engaging piece and something the customer would want to use. I planned the discounts based on what category of items each customer buys most often so that they would feel like the coupon was special to them.

My sketches and notes show my initial ideas for the layout and categories.
The back reveals a sample selection of the discounted category, specific to the customer.
The categories include Bakery, Frozen, Cheese, Snack or Sweet, and more.
Back or front, the postcards are noticeable and won't be lost in the pile of colorless mail.
