Just another day!

People in front of me are all a blur! They come and go with the furiosity of ignorance.
'Religion is confusing. Money would be enough to survive.'
I vividly remember this shoot done two years back for one of my college projects.
I chose to capture the images of beggars on the streets of Mumbai. Me and my friend went to the famous Haji Ali Dargah, that stands a little off coast on the southern side of Mumbai. We spent half a day clicking pictures of the pissed off beggars who didn't like us clicking their pictures and cursed us all along the way. Although there was one old lady, who didn't give a damn. The one titled, 'Life served on a plate' has her as the subject.

The next day I went to Marine Lines, again a part of southern Mumbai and shot some more pictures. I was alone doing an impromptu shoot the entire day and couldn't be at a greater peace. That day, I saw things differently. Everything was a frame. And everyone and everything seemed perfectly set in it. One of the days that made me fall in love with the art of street photography.
