Was approached by Peter Mitchell Associates to create from scratch, two NEW superheroes for the children's wing at TMH Hospital here in Tallahassee. I immediately was interested, and after a few meetings, enjoyed working with PMA, and they ended up being a great client for me. The idea was to give it a "kid" like feel, and also be informative. Below I have shown just a few of the animation cells from the commercial. The illustrations were done in a child like manner, as to relate more to the children, and the parents who would be viewing it.
In all superhero illustrations, I try to create dynamic poses, movement, and overall epic feel. The end result with these storyboard, to finished commercial were really great. Evolution Media did a great job bringing my illustrations to life.
We, of course, wanted to include a shot of TMH Hospital, and this was one of my favorite completed cells, taken from the ground up.

A very cool photo with some kids next to the cut out of ACE, which I believe was about 6'5". Great promotion by TMH and Peter Mitchell and Associates! They gave the kids capes to wear when they came up to pose with the superheroes.
Was approached to do a second commercial for TMH Children's Hospital and work alongside Peter Mitchell & Associtates. Also work with Evolution Media as well. Here are some animation cells from the second commercial showing how kids should wash their hands and eat healthy foods to stay fit. These cells show the original storyboards, rough thumbnails, and then the finished inks and digital coloring. The art is done in a style that children would like and understand. Also that parents would relate to and like as well.
