FASHION DESIGN & TAILORING
I attended a program that emphasized the importance of the technical side of the fashion industry. All designs were drafted by me, based on the Professors instruction. We had to draw to-scale technical sketches for every garment (they did not allow us to use stylized drawings). We were able to incorporate style lines into our designs, and choose fabric colors and textures - but a majority of the time we had to buy fabric qualities that were instructed by the faculty, with the exception of our Student Showcase designs. To see my graduation showcase designs, please refer to 'Reverie FA17'.

COLOR
In this assignment, we created a seasonal palette for brands of our choice based on our own interpretation of the brand and customer.
PRINT AND PATTERN
 Art Deco print ideation/creation project.
INTERNSHIP
I interned with Deborah Roberts, the designer and creator of Silvae. During my time with her, I did many technical sketches, assisted in creating tech packs, compiled line sheets for her look book, and travelled to New York to visit the production factory and attend fittings for her SP16 collection. I interned with her during her Fall ‘15 collection to SP ’16.E.
