which could ultimatly cointain a hundred materials with varitions, 

including original floor tiles, bricks, stone walls, stuccos, adobes and deco panels...

All with Diffuse, Specular, Roughness, Bump Displacement and Normal maps.

Ranging from 2,5k to more than 10k
