The Atlanta Lawyer is the official award winning magazine of the Atlanta Bar Association and is published digitally nine times a year.

Objectives//
Design and electronically publish The Atlanta Lawyer for members of the Atlanta Bar Association.
Follows existing Atlanta Bar Association brand identity guidelines.
Stakeholder involvement within the design processes included approval rounds of content editing and layout design.

Approach//
I continuously designed The Atlanta Lawyer  with members in mind. The editorial content is designed to inform members in three focus areas: Association events and members; Atlanta legal community; and the profession at large. Editorial content is varied, submitted by members, and includes features on members and events, technology, changes in the law, current events, legal education, professional development, and products and services that can enhance the practice of or the business of law.

Solution//
Layout design is clean, simple, and modern by using a grid system to emphasize content. Chosen Imagery complements the article. Each issue has a theme and the March issue's theme is "The Hidden Gems Issue." I chose a photo of a bookcase opening to a secret room to visually emphasize the theme. I use white space and typographical hierarchy as visual elements.
