Ethiopian Coffee Culture 2006

Ethiopian Coffee Culture 2006
On our second trip to hunt coffee in Ethiopia, one can't ignore the sense of true coffee culture when visiting.  This trip triggered a great sense of coffee complexity and a realization that there was so much work to be done.  Being the birthplace of coffee and over 10,000 varieties yet to be discovered, Ethiopia  quickly became a focus for coffee development.  One coffee in particular, Belekara natural, blew our senses and was by far the best  we've ever tasted.  Ninety Plus Coffee was non-existent but the overwhelming urge to work directly with Ethiopian coffee producers and farmers was surely within our scope.
