The Brief:

 

 

 

 

So, after a lot of concepts, My final design is an upright tower that holds two bikes per rack, it lifts the front whell up, as shown, and hold the bike firmly in place using the track inserts.

 

Your ticket is your key to unlock your bike when it stops at your desired station.

 

The carriage can hold as many as it can fit, within reason, such as the bike sizes.

 

I re-designed the shape of the train, so the cyclists and passengers don't have to cross eachother while getting on the train because the carriages are located at the beginning and the end of the train. 

 

The doors act like a ramp for the bike to be easily put on and off the train.
