Dr. Todd Shupe – Eco Environmental Quality Manager
Dr. Todd Shupe took a position in 2016 with Eco Environmental, the leading manufacturer of custom paper-based filters use to control dust in a variety of situations, including woodworking grain, plastics and rubber, metal grinding, and more. Dr. Todd Shupe provided technical leadership to improve production flow and eliminate wasteful processes, which he did using Lean/Kaizen and Six Sigma DMAIC methods. He developed, set in place, and maintained an ISO 14001 system for the company. Finally, he worked with the staff to help keep the company OSHA- and workers’ compensation-compliant.
