I often employ one-week design sprints to rapidly move a team from a shared point-of-view to a tangible prototype that can be tested with users through rapid ideation and workshops. These design sprints are highly focused and collaborative across design, engineering and product as we search for answers to critical business questions through the application of design thinking methodologies.
