Creative Drinks prides itself on being a one-stop- shop for the specialty beverage industry by providing product, equipment, service, and training. Because they focus on products for the specialty coffee industry, the opening page is a slider of coffee images and quotes following by their best selling products (which is currently all coffee products) and blog posts (again highlighting coffee). As you move through the website, you will see their extensive list of products ranging from coffee to syrups to fitness snacks. Due to their old site not having been updated in over 15 years, the products were for the most part out of date and were not available to be ordered online. This created a lot of work for me to go through and track down each product in the two warehouses and take thousands of photos to use for the website. From here, I edited them all using Photoshop before uploading them to their Shopify site. Because products were now available for customers to order online, I was able to increase the website sales conversion rate from 0% to an industry average while maintaining a 40% customer retention rate through a targeted website content. I was also able to source the second highest traffic to the website through best SEO practice integration.

What was once a greyscale site that was full of words and mostly contained out of date content is now a clean, bright, easy-to-use site that includes a blog, too! Check out more of their site along with the new blog here.
