Light Up Bahraini Souvenir
Light up Bahrain is a project that aims to introduce new products by mixing traditional materials with modern products. This project was inspired by the rich Bahraini culture and the strength of the materials used in the past. With the magic of lighting these materials could be made to stand out, as a design piece in an interior space.
The concept behind the package is to give the consumer the chance to experience the pleasure of unpacking a high quality package as most consumers enjoys the process of unboxing new products.
The topmost layer inside the package is photographs of the product.
Second layer inside the package is the lamp covered with ropes to protect it.
The third layer contains the plug and the lamp holder.
The forth layer is instructions of how to put together the pieces of the lamp. Numbers on the map are linked to the next step.
Last layer contains pieces of the lamp are separated by folded cardboard. Numbers on the pieces are correspond to the instructions. Each piece of rope is handmade, with a metal wire within for added support.
