Blackbaud’s Agency 545 crafted the simple but powerful concept “equALLity” for banners and t-shirts that was revealed at Charleston’s annual MLK Day parade in 2018. After the concept’s unveiling, we created similar designs for PRIDE and International Women’s Day. Then, after the death of George Floyd and the civil unrest that ensued in 2020, the concept’s relevance and impact felt stronger than ever as it helped employees renew their focus on the ideology it represents.
