Italian Smoked cheese, Scamorza with sliced tomatoes and sesame.
My Italian friend, Francesco recommended me this food when I ask him not to say any Italian food with meat and bread. Pure vegetarian with a touch of light pepper and fresh virgin olive oil from Umbria. I liked it without lemon. If you are a non-acid lover it's a recommendation doesn't use lemon if you want to feel the enchanting flavor and smoothness of cooked cheese with tomato and sesame. Pepper is highly optional. I loved it and its super light in my view (heavy meat eater).
