Recently I traveled to India to meet with developers, colleagues, and partners to lead several behavior / product design workshops.
These sessions were aimed at grounding product teams in an approach and style that takes into account our basic human needs and the importance of emotional connection and cohesive storytelling (e.g., through interface, workflow, copy, and other contact points).
We ultimately worked to apply this understanding to inform the creation of designs and workflows that encourage behaviors, habits, and connection with products.
