The Gwanggyo New Town Office-tel project is divided into two proposals. Firstly we developed a design for the communal areas of the complex: which consisted of a plinth design as well as a new pavilion building. The second part of the commission involved the development of the new identity for the Office-tel apartments based on our “Open Living” concepts.
