I created this display from a very rough concept which was brought to me. I was able to correct all the practical and production problems with the display while retaining the scale and feel of the original concept. The display was shipped flat to each store with a set of detailed assembly instructions. Execution went very smoothly for the scale and complexity of the project. Everyone in the process, from the original prototype designer, to the production facility, all the way to the Walmart associates at the stores who assembled and packed out the displays, performed extremely well in order to make the program a success.
