NBA LETTERING 2017
Self-initiated graphics and lettering project to showcase the NBA’s top players in the 16/17 season.
Once a week, I designed and uploaded a new lettering piece onto Instagram (sketch, vector and final graphic) surnames of Eastern conference and Western conference players.
Using a single brush lettering style, each name had to remain consistent and appear to belong in the same group for a uniformed collection.
RESULT
A strong series was created, with textured letters to emphasise the grind, the training and mental toughness needed to reach the professional level.
